Most patterns, especially of loosely fitting clothing, such as underwear, contain five lines, and a few include size Full.

Because Victorian fashions had very little ease, all patterns contain instructions to give a uniquely individualized fit.  Pick the size closest to your own, knowing that you'll have a little bit of "wiggle room", especially in the waist measurement.
